By downloading or using FolioNails ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

FolioNails is a portfolio and client management tool for nail technicians. You may use it for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all data you enter, including client information and photos.

2. Accounts

You may use FolioNails without an account. If you create an account via Sign in with Apple to enable cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID. We cannot recover accounts authenticated through Apple.

3. Subscriptions

FolioNails offers a free plan and a Pro subscription.

• Free plan: Up to 30 portfolio posts, 15 client formulas, 3 AI features per month. Unlimited clients, appointments, payments, and scheduling.
• Pro plan: $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Includes unlimited posts, formulas, AI features, cloud sync, PDF lookbook export, and priority support.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. A 10-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel, go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > FolioNails Pro. You retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in FolioNails, including photos, formulas, client data, and notes. We do not claim any rights to your content.

You are responsible for having permission to photograph and store client data. We recommend informing clients about your record-keeping practices.

5. Client Data

FolioNails helps you manage client information. You are the data controller for any client data you enter. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

6. AI Features

AI-generated content (captions, summaries, reminders) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before sharing it publicly or sending it to clients.

7. Availability

We strive to keep FolioNails available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app works offline; cloud features require an internet connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

FolioNails is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app. We recommend using the export feature to maintain backups of your data.

9. Termination

You may stop using FolioNails at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon account deletion, all cloud data is permanently removed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
