Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, it's encrypted and only accessible by you. We never sell your data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > FolioNails Pro > Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the FolioNails charge.
What's included in the free plan?
You get up to 30 portfolio posts, 15 client formulas, and 3 AI captions per month. Appointments, client cards, payments, and scheduling are all unlimited.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All core features work without internet. Your data saves locally and syncs to the cloud when you're back online.
How do I share my portfolio?
Set up your profile in Settings, then go to Portfolio > Share. You'll get a public link, branded share cards, and a PDF lookbook you can send to clients.
Can clients book appointments through the app?
Yes. Enable booking in Settings > Profile and add your booking link or use the built-in booking form. Clients can request appointments from your public portfolio page.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Export Data. This saves a JSON file with all your clients, appointments, formulas, and settings that you can import later.
